Some of the projects she has been involved with over the last 20+ years are:

Lead on the conversion of an old mill factory in Boston to an upscale restaurant.

Space planning and construction detailing of the 500,000 square foot NYNEX headquarters in White Plains, New York.

Job Captain on the 300,000 square foot headquarters for Continental Can Company in White Plains, New York.

Senior Project Architect for Washington Mutual with bank remodels and new bank locations in Southern California.

Account Manager of projects for Washington Mutual including the regional campuses, home loan centers and acquisitions around the country. 3 million+ square feet of office space.

Project Manager of 11 high-rise office buildings owned by VMS properties in Beverly Hills and West Hollywood, in charge of building upgrades of the exterior and interior of each building.

Senior Project Manager for the construction of the Pelican Hill golf club house and pro-shop in Newport Beach, California.

Project Manager for the design and installation of venues around Los Angels for the Los Angeles Art Festival

Senior Project Manager for the rollout of new locations for Pottery Barn and Jamba Juice in Southern California.

Project Manager for the restoration of sixty floors from water, fire and smoke damage of First Interstate Tower in downtown Los Angles.

Renovation of existing public and private spaces for relocation of executive offices and hotel suites in the Los Angeles Athletic Club building, a historic landmark building in downtown Los Angeles.

Senior Architect for the construction of Costco warehouses in the Northwest region of the United States.

Architect and Energy STAR Program Director at the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) for the Northwest Region with a focus on hotels, office buildings and school districts.

Victoria Urdanata

Ms. Urdanata attended Temple University for her undergraduate degree and the University of Maryland for her Masters Degree in Architecture.

Her projects include Mia Cucina in Miami, Florida and multiple residential projects. Ms. Urdanata’s recent position was as architectural designer for Fanjul Architects where her projects included residential remodeling projects, commercial warehouses and retail centers.
